Becca's always been something of an odd duck, and now as a young adult, she's finally not afraid to let her freak flag fly. She's proud to have earned an associates degree in criminal justice, as well as her bachelors in criminology. Her blog, The Red Pages, mostly about topics of true crime, hauntings, conspiracies, and other macabre topics, is fairly popular. Popular enough to earn her opportunities to publish books, anthologies of the cases covered in some of her blog posts, as well as a few new ones.

She's even found the time to write some trashy romance novels on the side. Under a pseudonym, of course.

Somehow she also finds time to run her own coffee shop, Café Ultra, alongside her writing career.

Yeah, Becca could close the shop and write full-time, but she actually enjoys slinging lattes, and interacting with customers forces her to maintain social skills. It's a bonus that her cafe tends to attract folks with similar interests.
